Shelley C. Booken focuses her practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship and elder law. Shelley enjoys working with families of all kinds, advising them on the design and implementation of plans that meet their personal goals and maximize protection of their assets.  She also represents individuals in court on probate and guardianship matters, and guides trustees through the trust administration process.  Having previously worked in family law, Shelley understands the value in getting to know her clients, and she aims to simplify and support clients throughout the planning and administration processes.  A native of South Florida, Shelley loves travel, the arts, and spending time with her husband and three children.
